"About 7 years ago I attended a wedding where The Sid Miller Band played. I never forgot the name, in hopes that if/when our daughter was getting married we could have ""that band!"" December 30, 2023 was the date of our daughter's wedding, it was everything we ever imagined. I told some of my friends, ""If you want to see me at the reception, meet me on the dance floor!"" I knew it would be that good. The Sid Miller Band created the vibe that we had discussed and hoped for during our planning call and they came through with flying colors. I wasn't surprised, it was as expected: tremendous energy and a great time had by all. People were on the dance floor all night long having a fabulous time. Our daughter and son-in-law loved it and agreed, The Sid Miller Band is an incredible dance band! Sid was a pleasure to work with. I wish I could have another wedding! Weeks later people are still talking about the band! Many folks said they thought it was the best band they ever heard at a wedding! I agree :)"

Sid Miller Dance Band performed at our wedding last weekend and absolutely brought the house down. We had high expectations for the band after seeing videos of them perform and they exceeded those expectations. The band members are extremely professional, talented, and energetic. They had the dance floor packed all night and played all the songs we wanted to hear from our exhaustive request list. In addition to killing it during the reception, Sid helped my wife and I plan the timeline of our reception from introductions to the last song. Sid's expertise was extremely helpful in putting the timeline together since we really didn't know how the timeline should work. I highly recommend working with them for your event, especially if its a wedding.

Hiring the Sid Miller Dance Band for our wedding was hands down the BEST decision we ever made. They were absolutely AMAZING and every single guest was raving on the dance floor to us about them. They were such a hit and the compliments we received (and are STILL receiving) from our family and friends, are endless. My husband and I saw Sid and his band perform at 4 separate weddings. Every wedding he played at was significantly more memorable than the ones he was not at. Sid and his band were truly the talk of our wedding! My parents had seen the band perform at two family friends' weddings, and my dad was absolutely infatuated and insisted we have them at ours. Sid was very easy to work with leading up to the wedding and in helping to direct me in ceremony music, going so far as to find me a violinist for the ceremony. Their song list was SO extensive and the playlist they put together from the songs we chose was the perfect mix. They truly had the dance floor full from the moment we walked into the tent until the encore, and we had an absolute blast. They did an awesome job of engaging with the crowd. I love to dance at weddings and the music was such an important piece to me - the Sid Miller Dance Band absolutely did not disappoint. We have Puerto Rican, Italian and Colombian families so we knew there was going to be some heavy dancers, but what we did not anticipated was Sid and his band were going to keep the dance floor full at all times. Sid Miller Dance Band was exceptional to work with. I am Hispanic and my husband is NJ Italian, so we were looking for a band to provide us with Latin flair, but also traditional American music. And the band Delivered! Everyone was dancing, the music was so great and well performed. Sid was so professional and so passionate about the process. It really made us feel like our wedding was in good hands. They were so generous- and really did the absolute most to provide us with a true and authentic NJ Cuban Italian wedding. They even were able to pull through with traditional latin music instruments (and let my dad play the bongos!) I highly recommend for a mixed Hispanic wedding- they do a wonderful composition of both.

The Sid Miller Dance Band was awesome at this year's R&B Foundation Awards VIP After Party. They certainly are experts in what they do. They had me dancing so hard, I had to leave because I would have been there till 4 AM dancing all night, and I would have stayed but I had to get up early to catch a plane.

I have waited a few months to comment on the entertainment at Maureen and Dave's wedding. I viewed the video last night and everything that I felt was very evident in the video. The Sid Miller Dance Band displayed professionalism, talent and enthusiasm that made the night a great party. It was exactly the party night that Helene and I looked forward to at our daughter's wedding celebration. I would like to share with you two comments regarding the band. An attorney who has been a friend of mine for years stated: " Where did you ever find this band? They were unbelievable." An Irish guest who was so impressed with the band when they played an old Irish song exclaimed that the song couldn't have been better if it had been played by an Irish band. This note is long overdue. My wife Torey and I would just like to sincerely thank you for the incredible performance that you put on at our wedding reception at the Crystal Tea Room on April 8 of this year. From beginning to end, the Sid Miller Orchestra riveted the crowd, always leaving us wanting more. In fact, the only disappointing moment of the day for me was when you and the band finished your last song! In a set full of numerous highlights, there were a few that stood out for me as being particularly outstanding. First, your rendition of Stevie's "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" as we entered the room was just the perfect song to introduce us to the world as husband and wife -- so good, in fact, that it inspired me to start dancing around the room after our entrance (my wife soon joined in). Second, the band's version of "Can't Smile Without You" during the father/daughter dance (a song, I might add, that the band had to learn in the weeks leading up to the wedding) was done perfectly, and made the moment unforgettable. Finally, the versatility that you and your bandmates showed in pandering to my friends' requests -- first by reeling off a fantastic performance of Aerosmith's "Walk This Way" (with no practice at all), and then by backing me up in the always-fun (though never-to-be-repeated) "Baby Got Back" -- was as terrific as it was unexpected. Our wedding day was the most memorable day of our lives, and you and the band played a major role in making it so memorable. As someone who is about to turn 30 and who has therefore been to MANY of my friends' weddings over the last five to seven years, I can easily say that the Sid Miller Orchestra is the best wedding band that I've ever heard. And it's not even close. Thank you for your first-class, professional efforts, and for helping make our wedding day so special. Best to you and the band in the future.
