High energy , great singers, kept playing instead of taking long breaks, very pleasant people in the band and they seemed to have a really good time too ! Ok so I don’t think there is enough space here to fully describe how PERFECT The Voltage Brothers were!!! Let me start with saying not only was their performance a 10 out of 10 but they exceeded all expectations beyond my wildest dreams!! Their music, stage presence, musical talents, wardrobe, and everything in between was truly fantastic! They made our wedding truly wonderful!! Everyone was raving about The Voltage Brothers band all night and even texting us telling us how much they loved the band even after the wedding!! Viola was incredible to talk to and work with and every single band member was so kind and truly made us feel so special!!! I had a special song that I requested the band to do that wasn’t on their list that is very special to me, and the groom and they performed it perfectly!! They saved it for our last song without us knowing and it made our last dance so incredibly special! It was truly the perfect end to a perfect day! By the end of the night, we felt like The Voltage Brothers band were family!! The Voltage Brothers band truly made all of our wedding dreams come true and we are forever grateful, thankful and so blessed for them to be one of the best parts of our wedding!!

I can't say enough good things about Viola and the Voltage Brothers. Their voices and performance set the perfect mood throughout out wedding, from the cocktail trio to the dinner music to the dancing music. They sang our first dance song (Otis Redding, that's how strong my love is) and looking back at it, I think Voltage Brothers sounded even better than the recorded Otis Redding version of the song. After dinner, the whole dancefloor was full. All generations of guests were dancing. We ended the night on stage with the band and my husband crowd surfing off the stage in his tux... perfect night! We are working on making a baby now so we can have the band back for the christening party!

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. Wow! They really took our daughter’s wedding reception to a whole new level! First, let me say, The Voltage Brothers were a pleasure to work with. Viola, their manager was great at communicating with us and very accommodating when we wanted a special arrangement of the father/daughter dance song. Viola also had good suggestions on the timeline for the reception and music. They were simply phenomenal at the reception. After announcing the wedding party, the guys played a low-key dinner set and then took a break while the couple cut the cake. When they returned, they turned it up and just killed it the rest of the night, without a single break! The band’s energy and fun were infectious, and the dance floor was packed the entire night. The guys were interactive with the crowd and continued to bring attention to the newly married couple throughout the night. The Voltage Brothers are not just a wedding band…. they are just an amazing band! Many of our guests commented on their performance. Several mentioned that they felt they were at a concert. And these guys are just nice guys. They are playing in Charlotte soon at a public concert and all of our Charlotte friends can’t wait to see the Voltage Brothers again! The Voltage Brothers are THE best! My wedding was an absolute blast thanks to them. They rolled with the punches throughout the night, even popping into the dinner space with three horn players, guiding us down to the dock for dancing after we were running behind. The band members were all great sports, setting up on a dock over the lake. The dance floor was so packed the entire time we literally almost broke the dock. Luckily nobody went for a swim and we all had the best time ever - all thanks to these guys! I could not recommend them enough to any bride looking for a fun wedding centered around dancing. The Voltage Brothers were, hands down, the best band I've ever seen at a wedding...and I'm lucky enough to have been the bride at that wedding! My parents, husband and I sat down about a year ago to start researching bands and I knew from the first 10 seconds of the Voltage Brothers video that it was the band. I was ecstatic when I found out they were available for our wedding and secured them immediately! Their manager was so wonderful and easy to work with. The band introduced themselves to us and my father at the wedding to make sure, even with the questionnaire we had already submitted, we were on the same page with the tone and feel of the night. I don't think anyone ever left the dance floor the entire evening. Their dance moves are incredible, their voices are amazing and they are such talented musicians. I had the best night of my life, and a huge part of that was having the Voltage Brothers present!

I'll be totally honest with you, the voltage brothers are absolutely the BEST band we have EVER seen and they made our wedding. All 200 guests have reached out to us saying they were the best band they've ever heard and truly can't get over it. Not one person sat down once they started playing and I've never seen that before at a wedding. They kept the crowd on their toes dancing all over. Even the ones who don't dance! On Sunday May 17, the Voltage Brothers performed at the reception for our daughter's wedding at the William Aiken House and we could not have been more pleased. We live in Dalton, Ga and our daughter, Bergen B., married Philipe A. in Charleston, SC. Approximately 200 guests attended. The Voltage Brothers exceeded our highest expectations!!They were professional, energetic and fully connected with the crowd. They did a great job during the cocktail hour while food and drink were being passed. They learned new songs for the "bride-groom first dance", the "father-daughter dance" and a "grandfather-bride dance". All three songs were new to them yet they learned these important songs (to us) with enthusiasm and played them as if they had been part of their playlist for years. They even coordinated playing a song in Portuguese for the "groom-mother dance". (Our new son in law is a native of Brazil.)When the reception party started is when they really shined. We had 4 food stations set up inside of the William Aiken House and the band was on a stage in the courtyard under a tent. Everyone had plenty to eat and drink, and quickly shifted to partying with the Voltage  Brothers!The bulk of the crowd was between the ages of 25-54 and they kept the dance floor full the whole time. All cited that they were one of the best bands they have ever seen at a wedding reception.One of our highlights from the wedding was when the bride and mother of the bride joined the Voltage Brother on stage to dance to Uptown Funk!I highly recommend this band to anyone looking for a fun and professional band to bring the crowd together and celebrate!!

We chose the Voltage Brothers plus female vocalist to perform at our corporate conference last week. They were amazing! Working with Viola (Lou) the band manager was perfect. I would like to praise the Voltage Brothers on not only their performance, but also on the overall attitude and demeanor. You may know, the reception got rained out about 45 minutes into the bands set- we were prepared and had trash bags ready, but I was not prepared for how AMAZING they were to work with, and their ability to reset and get the energy back up and moving for the guests in a matter of about 20 minutes. I know that this attitude is very rare, and I was so thankful for their efforts! I would love to work with them again, and I hope that they had a good experience as welI! I heard comments throughout the crowd that this was the best reception they had ever been too- and that has a lot to do with the band!! I just got back to work, and YES, everything was fantastic from my perspective!!!! It was AMAZING!!! They did such a wonderful job - I couldn't have asked for a better or more fun band! They kept the crowd engaged and entertained all evening. My husband was so disappointed when they announced the last song and he looked at his watch and realized that the evening was over! Many friends asked about who you were and how we got your name, so I anticipate a few more bookings in the Raleigh area shortly! Some of our guests recognized you all from a wedding the weekend before and they were so excited to be having you again. I met Jim and your husband Ray, just sorry you weren't there as well - I would have loved to have met you. Be sure to tell the band - other than the awesome music, one of my favorite memories of the night was when they confused my son with the groom. It was hilarious - and please assure them they were not the only ones to do it! (I hope they weren't embarrassed by it - we all got such a kick out of it, especially since everyone comments on how much they look alike!) We had a fabulous evening and really appreciated how much fun you all made our reception. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

They were amazing. Everything we wanted and more. Everyone was on the dance floor from start to end and for so many folks coming from New Orleans who are real music lovers, they could not believe how great they were. We could not have been happier. Thanks so much and will definitely keep in mind for future events however, they will be in New Orleans so not sure what it costs for them to come here. If words could even begin to describe the first rate show that Jim and the Voltage Brothers put on for us this past Saturday night in Southport, NC, we might crash the internet.Sometimes, delivering an simple, "Thank you" says it all. I hope that our humble gratitude will be accepted in this way for the unbelievably high energy of the band, the truly professional quality of their music, the inclusive nature of their delivery, their flexibility in catering to the crowd throughout the entire evening and as I came to find out on Sunday, the high class handling of a party goer who thought he was part of the band (my apologies to you and the band Jim.).We received more compliments and high praises on our choice of the band throughout the night and for the few days that followed. These guys (and lady) successfully kept 150 people on the dance floor for every bit of the four hours they played! Believe me when I tell you that if you knew the personalities of the crowd like Amy and I do, this was no small feat. It is a true testament to how Jim and his team have mastered their craft, not only of being incredibly gifted musicians and singers but as importantly - entertainers.There was plenty going on all around them that would have distracted lesser professionals - but not the Voltage Brothers. Jim and his group did exactly what he said they were going to do....They slayed it! Sure, we had a good crowd on hand, but The Voltage Brothers made this event a hit beyond our wildest expectations.

To be real honest with you they were GREAT!!!!!! I talked to them earlier in the week as they called me. We confirmed everything for the party and that was a first for me. They were there as they said. The nicest people you would want to work with and be around. They conformed to our needs and impressed our members by going around and talking with them about there program and how they were doing. You don't get that very often and it was very refreshing. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone for performance,quality and being nice professional people. Thank you and The Voltage Bros. for making our function great.

Words cannot explain just how fabulous our PICOR 2009, "Oh, What a Night" Holiday was. Jerry and Johnny were absolutely hilarious, as well as, kind. It was the perfect way to begin the evening. The Voltage Brothers..... are simply the best....The hotel just called and said that was, without a doubt, the best band that had ever performed at The Carnegie. The music, the horns, the voices, the professionalism.....Tony and I, along with the staff danced the night away. Every song they played was 100% perfect. The Voltage Brothers are one talented group of musicians. We were honored to have them perform and look forward to our next event. Ellie, thank-you for your recommendation....Our party lived up to its title, "Oh, What a Night"..... This remarkable talent made for a memorable evening that will be cherish always!!
